I had 2 orders from maxbhi 5555615 and 5555629. While order 5555629 had product that i had ordered for, but 5555615 had only the protection layer and no LCD screen which i had ordered. Could you please let me know what just happened here that an empty box was sent across to the customer?
A customer care executive contacted me and asked me for box unpacking video and i requested the same from their side ie *(Box Packing video) which they said their policy does not allow that. I had the same response that my personal videos cannot be shared.
they had told me they will try their best to fix the issue in 7-10 day but cannot guarantee anything. I'm wondering if a company can claim proof from side for my complaint am i not obliged to ask the same proof from the company to actually prove that they really packed ?
This is such an insult and an ill treatment from the company side.
