[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Evault money are not refund to my bank account

I had ordered ASUS ZenFone 2 Ze551ml touch screen worth ₹240.10 from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me.
The order date was 11-may-2016 and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account.
Even the chat window in their website does not work or they just stop responding as soon as I ask them to transfer the refund amount in my bank account...

It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same.
