[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Evault money are not refund to my bank account | |||||
I had ordered ASUS ZenFone 2 Ze551ml touch screen worth ₹240.10 from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me. The order date was 11-may-2016 and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account. Even the chat window in their website does not work or they just stop responding as soon as I ask them to transfer the refund amount in my bank account... My order no is .. Verified Support May 31, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Ashish Srivastava, i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your conversations with Maxbhi representatives and have not found any refund request for your order. We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. Well, as we came to know that you want refund for your order, we have initiated refund for your orders 270606. your your refund request has been initited to bank will be credited back shortly. Please let us know if we can be any further help to you regarding the same.
