[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — fake product shipped | |
Hello Sir, My name is Shiva K, I ordered a Bluetooth keyboard for ipad 4 With screen guard Order id 1081127 at first there was no progress in shipping so i just called them up and enquired regarding my product and they replied me the product is out of stock and it'll be restocked in few days and i asked them its fine but i want exactly the same product as shown in image and even the guy who spoke to me agreed but later the product is shipped and they uploaded some images one is the product image and other is the packaging i was shocked to found that the product the dispatched is completely different so i called them up and enquired about this but instead they said the product is shipped and we cant do anything later they said u have warranty so u can request replacement but my replacement request was declined with a reason that the product is shipped and we cant undo it... i need either that order to be replaced or my money back(Rs 884.65)... images attatched... No matter how many times i contact your customer support they wont respond and my replacement requests are declined saying there is no problem with the device shipped without even contacting me...and how can i believe that you'll refund my money after sending back the product
