Sir/Madam You have cancelled my order no 362219 However instead of refund to my bank account you have added the credit to ewallet. I dont intend to buy anything further from your site as order cancellation and refund to ewallet has been going on since long.You hardly have anything in stock. All you want is to take the money by showing product is in stock and then refunding the money after a very long time to your ewallet system where the money is stuck instead of bank refund which is direct. I request you to refund the amount to my Bank account ASAP and not hold the money with out my consent. Kindly do so on urgent basis .I'm really frustrated and bothered with your service where you take the orders but you seldom procure the items. PLS TREAT MSG ON PRIORITY BASIS. I absolutely want an unconditional refund to my bank account instead of the ewallet you credited without asking me. Failing to do so, i will be forced to file a case against you for unnecessary harassment and intention to keep the to keep the money with you in consumer court. First of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your Order #362219 with Maxbhi.com. I had closely checked your order and we haven't found any request for refund to bank from your end, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
