[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — I can't cancel my order | |
There is no option for cancellations of order on maxbhi site. I mistakenly ordered wrong item and the customer service is not answering so i think it's fraud. I called customer care but it says callback request has been arranged. But no one calls I want to cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible Order no.#1925243 I want my money back i. Oct 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a support request callback from max bhi they have cancelled my order and money has been refunding to my bank account. Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
