I had ordered a screen display. The website said my delivery will be done very next day if ordered in 50 minutes so i did as i was not able to use my phone at all with broken glass it had to be fixed urgently. On tracking order my delivery is said to be done at the end of this month and it was an urgent issue to fix my phone so i had to get my phone fixed from somewhere else which was way more expensive.
I tried messaging the customer service on the website to cancel my order and requested for a call back to talk to their representatives but no response from them.
I want to cancel my order which has not arrived yet and get a refund. Was this information helpful? |
