My name is love kaushik, I have purchased one LCD with touch screen for samsung galaxy j7 pro. My order number is 3431593 This is my second purchase for the same order. First purchase works very well but after 7 months because of my fault the screen was broken so i trust on this site and purchase again. But this time i received a damaged product, the back button is not working after putting the screen as well as the color of the LCD is very dark in blue. I can't see anything clear on the screen. So i place the replace request. I called to execute they said we have received your request, our technical team will call you in 48 hours, but i haven't received any call from technical team. After 7 days i received a call to update the damaged product pics on the site. And i told the executive i placed that screen from the local vendor before checking that the touch is working fine. But the screen quality can't check without removing the plastic cover from the screen. So i pasted the screen on phone. Then I called to customer care that the screen resolution is not good and back button is also not working, they replied on phone to remove the LCD screen from the phone through the local shop and then mail us the photo of the screen. I said r u sure, because removing the lcd is not easy task, it have many chances to damage. Later i gave heavy amount to local shopkeeper to remove the screen. I have recorded confirmation about this. Now they are blaming on me that the seal was broken, we can't replace the order as its in our policy.
Now i have a question without removing the blue plastic cover it is not possible to check quality of the screen, only i can check that the screen is working or not. Second why the executive told me to remove the screen from the phone. If they have policy not to replace after seal is broken.
If the screen will damaged on removing from the phone who will responsible for that.
I have reviewed many customers that they complained that the quality check was not good before sending any product to customers. After that they will not replace easily.
I have requested many times to maxbhi.com. kindly replace my order and check the order.
Now i am with other users who claimed that the company was not good in order to purchase anything from them.
