I had ordered an lcd touchscreen combo for my asus zenfone max pro m1 on 18th november 2021 at 12:15 am through maxbhi.com by paying online through phonepe app. I got the product on 22nd november but it's touch was not working on top portion. I mentioned the problem and they accepted the replacement request and told me to send the product back for replacement. I shipped the product through air from (Kerala) by air.
After, they sent the product back on 24th and it was received on 29th. I got it on 4th december and now the whole touch was not working properly. It was automatically running whenever i tried to use it.Also the display began to show lines. I called consumer support and again was forced to sent the product back for replacement. I told that this would be the final time i ship and if again the same problem persists, i will file a complaint . They told me that there wouldn't be any problem here after. I shipped the product by road on 6th december and they got it on 11th.
They sent the product on 14th and i got it on 19th. Now on checking the product it was working good but not satisfiable. Also quality was very poor. So i decided to gum it and adjust myself. But the next day when i took it in the morning, the touch began to work automatically and i couldn't even use it. I called customer support and they told me that we won't accept the product for replacement and request was declined after i sent the images. They are not changing their stand and i have lost my time and money.
So i am hereby requesting to process my refund and return policy as company is not changing their minds. Also i have decided not to replace it further as their technical team service is really poor.
