[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — lcd with touch screen for moto g5 plus 32gb

I ordered replacement display + touch screen combo from maxbhi.com on[protected]Order #1559510). The product was dead on arrival with slight part missing from the side of seal. I found that the product was dead on arrival when i connected it to phone motherboard carefully. But when i requested for a replacement of the same, they are simply declining it accusing me of tampering the seal. As evidence, they are sending me the photo of the product when they had it before shipping.in that case, i can send a photo claiming that, this is the way the product looked like when it came to me. At least they should have tested the product before sending me if they are this adamant in declining return requests. I am attaching photos where you can see part of seal missing form it. Its like i have paid for nothing since the product i dead on arrival! My question is can i request for replacement claiming broke seal of product instead of dead on arrival?

As i can check your Order #1559510 with maxbhi.com. We would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

The warranty seals has been removed from the product
The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
The gumming has been removed / used.

Please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

I made two payments for the same set of products, and they both were cancelled by Maxbhi for non availability. The first payment was refunded and the second not yet, it, s been 15 days already.
