[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — maxbhi / elcotek telecom order canceled but amount not credited to my account | |||
I have placed an order on this worst site "maxbhi.com" and they themself cancelled the order and the refund was processed in maxbhi wallet without my knowledge and while i am contacting the customer care told me to wait some more days or week to make the item in stock again and they started disconnecting and blocking my calls every day. Even though the product is not in stock they have show as the product is in stock at their website. In order summary : now status has been updated as (Order has been cancelled and refunded to customer). Still i have not paid a single paise from this website but status updated as Refunded to customer i need an clear explanation from this website and payment refund... Resolution needed - payment refund to my bank account in which the product is booked.. Aug 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Today i have got an Call from Maxbhi.com from 9205693562 at 10.02 AM and Refused me that their company employees will never ask about the customer's Bank ATM card credentials and they informed me that my payment refund has been processed earlier than my complaint registered at INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM. They informed me that they will be dropping me an email regarding my payment refund reference number.
Hence as per the discussion made i have received an call and email with the reference number with request to withdraw my complaint. I checked with the same and dropped an email to maxbhi with the contact details in which i received the calls earlier who demanded me about the ATM Credentials and about call which these employees used abusive languages.
i have updated that i can even share the call recording in which the calls i received calls from maxbhi so far.
Finally i have withdrawn the complaint as per the request from maxbhi.com today 06.08.2018 (10.02) AM and i confirmed that the payment received by 03.08.2018.
