Order date15th aug 18, cancelled and request e wallet to bank account on same day. My order id.#1179968. as per their policy note maximum time taken for refund is 15 days. Now 15 days is gone, but still i not received single rupees from maxbhi. Very poor response to the customer queries. While i talk with customer care person, cut call instatntly. Very worst experience with maxbhi online shopping. My amount rs 2697. It is an urgent need for me, kindly do the meeddil. Thankyou.
