[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Money not refunded to my bank account | |||||
My order number is 405818. I placed an order which was canceled due to non availability of spares & this is not the 1st time that happened it happened earlier also so i applied for refund of my money to my bank account. Now it has been a long time but still i have not received my money. If you people don't want to sell spare parts then why do you take orders from us. I don't know what your intension's are but all i know is i want my money back and this time i will not hear any excuse. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 9, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My money has been refunded but this company is not as good as I thought and I won't be dealing with this company any more I would suggest others also not to make an deals with this company. This company receives order but at the last moment doesn't deliver the ordered items and puts the paid money in their wallet without informing you and later on when you try to contact them they don't respond to your calls or emails and don't even take any initiative to deliver the items you ordered or even refund your money until you take a strong step. Sir you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stock;s from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. As i can check i can check your order with maxbhi.com, I found that its has been completely refunded from our-end by you sir and your refund reference number - 100000000000000000000228551467, Kindly contact your bank so that they will update your refund status and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. I am asking them for 1 month to refund my money back but they are not giveing money back till now.they are not replaying anything to us .i invest my 2790Rs for buying a product i did get my money back and the product i order
