I, Sanjit Mandal purchased a realme2 pro touch screen ( order no 3458199) from maxbhi online shopping. I am very disappointed because the product is not working. I tried but still its not working, may be it's have any defect or something. Before purchasing this product, my expectations was very high from this company and products also but after receiving this product I am totally hopeless. So it would very better for me to take its back . I am trying for few days to return, complain etc.. but I am totally failure, because I can't get any communication service details or any communication executive to contact. I am trying to contact with the customer care but the care service saying due to pandemic situations the service is limited and so on..
