I'd like to return an item I had purchased, but there's no return option. And whenever I try to contact a customer executive, they say nobody is available. There's no option to cancel placed orders as well. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)

Still haven't received a response here or in their support portal. My return request hasn't even been renewed yet.

And the order return period ends in 2 days, so make a resolution fast.
