[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — no refund even after 15 days of cancellation of order | |||||
I placed an order of Rs1712 on this website, I was notified that seller will be unable to ship in time therefore they are cancelling order & placed money in e-wallet of their website. After I clicked on refund to bank, first I recieved a message that it will be refunded in7-10 days, after 10 days, their website mentioned it will take 10-15 days, today 17 days have passed since date of refund & no money is transferred into the bank account yet.
