Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Not replacing incompatible item

I wanted to placed order for fingerprint flex cable for mi mix 2, but instead by mistake i placed for mi mix 256 (1). But as soon as i relized i tried to cancel but there was no cancel option, it's even before shipping. After receiving the product i tried to replace the item with compatible one i, e mi mix 3 ( price is around same) but they have declined my request saying i have to re order. Above all i have uploaded image to check the compatibility, if they saw it's different, then they should have cancelled by their side. What's the use of that future. They just try to clear their old stock. Height o[censored]nprofessional.
