[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — not yet received the product | |||
Actually i ordered a flip cover for lg g flex mobile and placed a order on dec 22 2017 and paid 296 rupees through internet banking. Product i'd is 730025, but i didn't receive anything. I have spoken to the customer care executive many times, but they are not responding to my queries, pls make proper action on this matter or else i will go customer court. I have ordered screen digitizer on 17-dec-17. But it was canceled by itself because of no stock and money returned to e wallet. I have selected refund to my bank option.On 28 dec-17, I called the customer care helpline to enquire about refund and she told it will take max of 15 days. Till Today (11-jan-18) I haven't recieved the refund money.
