This is regarding my previous issue .the customer care is not resolving the solution they are trying to replace the product which is not is useful for me I need a refund for the product they didn't mention "about product is not refundable" they didn't even mention at the checkout process and in the Invoice too Please check the declaration and Acknowledgment in the invoice and the terms and condition Please take action and refund the money !!
