[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Order #499246 and replacement id #1493 | |||||
I ordered an LCD for Spice MI 516 and received an incompatible LCD, So received LCD was not working, I raised a request for replacement and send back the LCD to Maxbhi, but I again received the same type incompatible LCD. I requested customer care to refund the money and I was ready to send back the item. But they told me again they will send the replacement. I was very unhappy and wanted refund not replacement. Maxbhi is still doging the matter and customer care was raising the issue to seniors etc. Now if I call customer care I need to wait at least 2 to 5 mins to connect and they are always unable to here me and drop my call Very bad experience with Maxbhi online.
