I'm Dhinesh from TamilNadu. I ordered digitiser for Samsung note 8.0 GT N5110 along with glue on 19.04.2018. But it was not shipped until 23.04.2018. So I decided to enquire and called them via their customer care number. And to my shock I realised that one of the product was not available with them. So they are arranging for that. I was taken aback and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. But till now they didn't even cancel my order. I don't know what is wrong with them. I need my money back.

Updated by dhineshkumara As we discussed over call, u shipped one of the two products I ordered with u. I appreciate it. But u don't seem to be cancelling the other product that is unavailable with u as u promised. When will u cancel and refund amount of the remaining non shipped item. I don't want u to look from other markets and ship it. Bcz I already purchased the other product from the local vendor as u delayed the shipping. I already made it clear that u ship available item and refund the amount for unavailable item of my order. But still u want me to what?
