I have purchased lcd with touch screen for lg l90 dual d410 - white code: et-lcd-cc2785-mb-102990 from m/s elcotek telecom/ maxbhi.com vide order number: 263778 dated 27.4.2016 and received defective component. After teletalk with company they have replaced the component, but to my surprise again defective. It worked for few minutes only. I talked to maxbhi and after their assurance, i returned back the material, but now they are not sending the replacement on the ground that the lcd screen was pasted. Although the material is under warranty for one month the maxbhi.com is not replacing the defective material. Verified Support Jun 06, 2017 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Harjit Gill...as i checked your order closely and the conversation with the maxbhi.com representative the product which we shipped unfortunate didn't worked for you but when we received the same product it is found that the LCD + Touch Screen is broken and broken doesn't have any warranty or gurantee but still we shipped you the new product from our-end in which Lcd did not funtuning ok and when we received the product again it is found that both the product were sticked together and the clear of the product was removed which is again warranty void.
