[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — orders being canceled

I have placed order for a flip cover from maxbhi.com and the order seems to been canceled for unknown reason by maxbhi.

Before placing the order it showed in stock and that is the reason for me to go a head and place the order.

I have placed order for 4 times choosing a different color each time and also tried to give a new address location for delivery but still the seller failed to fulfill the request. Now my major concern is that the amount is not being refunded to my original payment method instead it is being pushed back to their wallet in the account. Need Help on this kind of Fraud to earn money by making customers order and cancel it and refund is forcefully kept by them leaving no choice for the customers.

For refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
