Dear Maxbhi,

I had ordered Alcatel touch screen with digitizer complete assembly, which got cancelled from your side. Can you please refund the cancelled order #579918 amount to my bank account? I tried calling on the customer case number several times and also sent email.

You don't seem to have a proper communication channel!! Could you please refund the amount back to my bank account?

Sir I ordered a product from this website but the cancelled the order and didn't refunded my money back it has been 6 days .so please look into the matter and solve this case as soon as possible I want my money back as there has been many complaint s about them so you should take an action against them .
