[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — product cancellation | |||||
I have ordered lcd touchscreen for xiomi note 4 32 gb by mistake inspite of ordering the lcd touchscreen for xiomi note 4 64 gb. With in 1 hour time, i have sent mail to the support team to cancel the order #1352155 and credit my ewallet so i could order the correct product. But my request was not considered at all, i tried to contact the support team and no response from the support team. Now the order status is showing order shipped.
