[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Product not getting returned or replaced

I am unable to return/replace my product "touch screen digitizer for htc desire 626g plus - white". Have tried many times to reach the support team, and they gave me a solution to select the order & raise the return request from website. However, after uploading all the details (Product images, describing the problem, and clicking on replace request) there is no prompt appearing for successful request being raised and neither do i get the email confirmation for the request been raised. I am trying to contact the support through phone, sending chats, but no one seems to give me a solution for this.

The issue is not resolved. I brought the wrong product by mistake, thus asked for a return to buy the other product. But the company disregarded my request of return.

As i had checked your order closely with maxbhi.com Order ID #382387, We don’t have return or refund policy on shipped product as per our term and condition. We can only provide the replacement with in warranty period if product is not working. As we had deliver you the correct product which you had ordered with us. So i believe all the misunderstandings are clear, Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved. So that the customers will also know the warranty T & C for the same.
