I have ordered a display for my phone from the maxbhi website. They have sent me a defective product and they are saying we will replace only and will not refund. I want my money back. Why all these complaints against maxbhi.com are being marked as resolved without any written confirmation from the person who has lodged the complaints that his issue has been resolved with maxbhi?
