[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Refund amount not received in bank a/c | |||
Maxbhi is not sending my refund amount of rs 1389.08 after cancellation of order 515636. The cancellation policy said it will be reverted to bank a/c within 10 days. The order was cancelled on 22.06.2017. Customer support is not receiving phone calls nor they are responding over email. I have placed online complaint also regarding refund.
