[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund for the order to the bank | |||||
Hi, I have ordered a nubia z11 mini digitilizer but the order was cancelled by the seller and refund to the bank was initialized on aug 1st of 2017 but still now it is not reflecting in my bank. Tried calling them they say give us 24-48 hours to solve this issue still not resolved. They always say write email and the issue will be solved then why hell they are using a customer care number for taking issues. Alwways get reply very slow and ask's aditional time for it. Tried all possible ways communicating them for transaction id for refund still now no response. My order number's are 566087 & 566087 Was this information helpful? | |||||
