Order auto got cancelled and money refunded to my wallet, I had put up request of transfer from my wallet to my bank account

Its been more than 40 days money haven't reached to my account!

even this order got auto cancelled and money have't reached to my account

Even my known contact had ordered in maxbhi.com he also got same experience, order canceled and money stuck

after being to their customer support, there is no reply
