I, pranjal kumar engti order a mobile lcd screen order no #639684 but afer payment & order confirmation i receied mail that your order has cancel and order payment return to maxbhi e-wallet. Now i want transfer the e-wallet money to my bank account but there have no any option to tranfer money from e-wallet to bank. Therefore kindly transfer my money to my bank account.

Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
