I have ordered an infocus m370 battery but it has been canceled because shipping to my area is not i had got the refund in my e wallet but i want it in my bank account please transfer to bank account

Sir why you dont transfer the money to the bank account the comman costumers like me has to face a lots of problem your website is also not giving an option to transfer it to bank account
