I am ordered one xolo era hd touch display combo in 25/nov/2016at amount of 1680 rupees via online gteway after some time they cancelled the process and they did't refund the money to my account. they did't responce about the purchase, and did't attend the custumer call, pls! take any action against the company and pls refund my money

I have bought Touch Screen Digitizer for Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime - Black, with order number Order #392615.
this product is not working when we installed it on phone and when i went to raise replacement request is it not working on site. i have sent email couple of times but they are not helping on this.
