[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund not received - | |||
I have requested a refund of 1533/- as my order was canceled due unavailability of stock, order # 621546. I requested the refund on 26/09/2017, but i have still not received my money even after almost a month now. The reference number i was provided is 33121. When will i get my money back? Maxbhi seems to be fraud company, first of all they take orders and they themselves cancel it without refunding the money immediately which ideally they should do as it is their fault of taking order without the stock. Its already completely refunded by you only sir and the Bank Ref. #. - 155639, which i provided you on 21/10/017 also, kindly check it with your bank and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
