Dear sir/ ma'am, I'm writing this complaint to inform you that my order no. 950379 worth rs 1035.27 placed on 17th may was cancelled from your side on 18th may. The order status says that the amount is refunded and is credited to my account but it is not. I've been trying hard getting in touch with you'll for my refund but i'm not able to. Tried calling customer care several times but there was no representative to answer my call. I even made 3 refund status check request from your website but didn't get any reply from your side. I would request you to look in the matter as a very serious concern and sort things out as soon as possible as it has been almost around a month since i'm running behind you'll for my refund. As I can see you have been notified about the complaint. I would request you to make my refund within next 7 days i.e till 17th June 2018. After which you will be liable to pay interest at the rate of 28% per month on the amount of 1035.27 to be paid by you. Will be mailing to your customer service team again within 24 hours about the notification for payment of interest by you'll after the grace period of 7 days. Thank you! Aseem Singh Sodi.
