[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Refund of money to the account

I have never seen such poor and pathetic service from any e commerce website .My Orders have been cancelled twice in the period of 15 days.The money has been refunded to ewallet but there is no visible option on the Order page to transfer the money from ewallet to the account.Whenever i open Order page it is coming as blank. I have sent several mails and messages through live chat but there was no response. I feel like i have been cheated and i am expecting an immediate refund to my account.

I tried to call customer care but inspite of 30 minutes waiting time i could not able to reach them.

As i can check there is no amount in this Order #430480 as you had used the amount of this Order #427830 that is why amount was not showing to you for refund.And about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as we receive a confirmation for refund to bank i am initiating your complete refund from our-end it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.
