Hello sir, I order a touch with Lcd of xolo era 4G phone. My order is successful place Later on it was cancelled. That is not a 1st time I have tried 3 to 4 times but the order has cancelled automaticaly . So I decided I have to refund my money in my bank account. My order no is #319729, #308278, #317486. First of all i am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.. sir as i checked your entire order your request for refund to bank was for 319729 which is completely refunded from our-end shortly will be credited back to your acquiring bank account, so as per your request we have refunded and as i came to know that you want refund for other order also which is already done as requested so for refund to bank we need confirmation from the registered customer... so now we believe all the mis-understanding were clear & hope to regain your trust again in maxbhi.com
Also would like to request you to kindly mark the issue as resolved so that other user can also know the actual policies regarding the same
