[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — refund to bank not done yet

Order number #540287 After the cancellation of the order, i initiated refund to bank on 14/07/2017. They said it will refund within 7-10 days. Today, after 13 days i didn't get the money on my bank account. I sent so many emails. Your customer support is very poor. Especially via email. I can't wait anymore.
