Dear Maxbhi/ Elcotek Telecom Team,

I am finding experience with shopping on your website a nightmare.
My order was cancelled by you. My refund is stuck on your Maxbhi ewallet, which I do not need. I have dropped email and also tried to call. No response from either. From the reviews that I see now on various forums this is clearly a bad customer experience. Can you please process a refund to my original mode of payment at the earliest?

Unfortunately this is not a professional way to run a business.
My order numbers are Order #[protected]/07/2017, 04:53 PM).
