[Resolved]  Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — replacement of faulty product

Replacement request #7937

I ordered a screen of maxbhi but it only worked for 2 mins and it went blank it's not working i asked for a replacement and they declined it saying the warranty sticker has been removed but the product has a manufacturing defect now what do i do i don't want to lose my money and i want the product to be replaced asap. This is the second time and i have already lost 6500 rs on this site

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

The warranty seals has been removed from the product
The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
The gumming has been removed / used.

As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs. You can read our warranty terms and conditions here : https://www.maxbhi.com/warranty-terms.html
