I ordered a screen replacement from their website since they assured the delivery next day. Order ID is 1724391. I waited for two days and didn't receive the screen.
I contacted their customer care. Initially they said that the item is shipped, but when I asked for the tracking id, they said that they are trying to procure the item from a different supplier and are now asking me to wait for 2 more days.
Since this is something I needed immediately, I asked them to cancel the order. I neither got a confirmation over email or sms that the order is cancelled and I would get a refund. The customer support is bad with so many bad assurances. Was this information helpful? |
