Sub: refund of money paid against supply of wrong and defective product.

Dear Sir, In reference to above, you were to supply, 02 items, which I received on 19.12.2016. First item was battery for Karbonn titanium octane plus and second was battery for Spice m 940 n.
First product is not compatible with the Karbonn titanium octane plus mobile. You supplied the wrong battery. It is not being fitted with mobile.
Second supplied product was battery for Spice m 940 n, which is not working. It is dead and not being charged.
Please take back these wrong and defective supplied products against referred order. Refund my money against the order.

Dear Sir,
In reference to above, vide order no. under reference, I had ordered 02 items. Both the items are wrong. The material supplied by you is not as per my order placed at your site “maxbhi”.
As you are aware our honourable Prime Minister is running digital India campaign. Your firm is producing hindrance in this campaign. As per our contract, it is your duty to supply the correct/ working product as per my order. If you have supplied the wrong/defective item, why should I bear the courier charge? It is online cheating. Be clear about the definition of warranty/ guarantee. Warranty starts after commissioning of the product. Product couldn’t be commissioned due to supply of wrong/ defective product. It is the case of failing to supply the correct product up to the buyer.
I request you again, please refund my money.
