Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — The order is in delayed status since 8 days. I want to cancel it

I have ordered LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Pocophone F1 - Black (display glass combo folder)
Order #3507286, Paid on 30th Jun 2021 at 11:21pm.

Still it showing delay order there is no update on stus last 5 days. There is no cancel option toooo.

I want cancel my order and refund to me.

I am not expecting from this delay of maxbhi.
