Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Unable to Transfer Ewallet balance to my bank account

Hello Sir,
I had ordered mobile screen and i had to cancel it on same day, i spoke with customer care to cancel it on my behalf as i didn’t found any option on Maxbhi site to cancel. Maxbhi deducted 25 % as shipping charges and refunded remaining amount to Ewallet, Now i am not able to transfer the balance to my bank account as i get an error saying that insufficient funds to transfer.
Please resolve my issue,
