Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Unethical behaviour, no response, fraudulent behaviour

Hi, I had ordered a display for my samsung A5 2017 (order no. #3546940). But it has been couple of days and my order is still under process. I tried to raise this issue with customer support. But it seems to be out of order. Now i just want to cancel my order as i managed to get the display from other site. It is such a shame how they treat their customers. I hope this issue to get resolved as soon as possible.

The matter hasnt been resolved yet and i am forced to initiate a legal complaint against the company. The customer care is so rude and they straightaway deny to help you. I was asked to wait and thats the only option for me, but instead i just initiated a complaint on consumer helpline. This is not how a customer should be treated
