Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — Want refund for my unshipped order | |
Order number #2286807 Order date 18.05.20 Amount 349/- Sir, Though i ordered for a mobile spare parts on 18 may but then not shipped my order yet till 27.05.20. I think it's too late and so the ordered item is not needed now. But when i tried to cancel my order since last 4-5 days, the order cancellation option does not working on maxbhi.com website. Also support option has been temporary stopped. So please cancel my order as soon as possible and refund my amount to bank account and not refund as maxbhi wallet balance.
