I ordered "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8" Display and touch Panel for my mobile on 22 Dec 2021 from Maxbhi (https://www.maxbhi.com/).
But received a wrong product on 2with "Xiaomi Redmi Note 8" Label on it. Through my search I found out that it was "Xiaomi Redmi 8" Display.
Raised the issue on their website on 26th Dec 2021 and after multiple back and forth communication, they finally said me (on 28th Dec 2021) to send back the product for replacement. Reason for Replacement "Not compatible". They said me to bear for the shipping cost to return to them, which I was not ok to bear. They said it is in their terms and condition to bear shipping cost: (https://www.maxbhi.com/warranty-terms.html)
But as per their terms and condition: shipping cost is to be paid by customers for returning the product for warranty repairs.
I had to bear Rs.102 for returning their product.
In my case it was wrong product. But still I sent to their office in New Delhi for the replacement. Finally they agreed on 7th Jan 2022 to send back the display I ordered for.
I received the product on 12th Jan 2022, but to my surprise they sent back the wrong display again. This time it was "Redmi Note 8 Pro" display instead of "Redmi Note 8".
They agreed that they have sent wrong display to me and they would resolve it. But they haven't resolved until today (22nd Jan 2022). It's been a month since I ordered display from Maxbhi but, I don't have a display for my phone.
In short: Don't buy anything from Maxbhi.com. I'll update this blog once I receive a update from them. Was this information helpful? |
