I orderd samsung touch screen (Order id:#299565} but i got complainted product. I requested for return or exchange.. But they refuse my return. It has 30 days replacement warranty. But they not responding

Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Delvin Thomas... i am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you about your order with Maxbhi.com. i have closely checked your conversations with Maxbhi representatives and found that we were unable to replace your product as the product warranty was void due to seal removed (clear) from the touch screen, and as mentioned in our term & conditions all the products cover's 30day's manufacturing defects replacement warranty but any product which receives without warranty seal can't be replaced and we received your product without warrant seal Sir
