[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — amount is not returned | |||
Hi all, I order a battery (For swipekonnect 4g mobile) from maxbhi.com (Order id#712586 dated:[protected]. They cancelled as the item is out of stock on 6th dec-2017 and they returned the amount to their valet. And i made a "refund to bank" request on 6th-dec-2017. And i waited for 15 days (As they instructed). My amount has not been credited. I called them on today (I. E on 10th jan-2018). They are saying i have to wait till 17th january-2018. One important thing: The customer care people (For any question you ask) keep on saying for so&so task it requires so&so much of days. Was this information helpful? | |||
