first of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com i closely checked the conversation between you & maxbhi representative you have not requested for refund, We cannot initiate the refund request until and unless we get the request from your end. It is because many people in our country use the payment modes from there friends, relatives, cybercafe's, etc. So we need a confirmation from there end regarding the same. we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support cheat. Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. now as i can see your order number 165459 has been refunded to your bank account on 17-12-15 & 146887 on 14-12-15 respectively, and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that other users can get to know the actual process regarding the same.

Same for me cheating their customers. Canceling orders and no refund.they said the money is added to e wallet.how to claim that?don't buy any product from that site.
I want to refund my money from e wallet to my bank account as my order was cancelled 2 times...my order no. were 341008 and 358244
Same thing happened to me. I ordered for "black" lcd panel for iphone 4, but i received lcd panel, white. But maxbhi.com is cheating me saying that call was made from there end and confirmation was made from me that white lcd panel shall be sent. Which is a complete lie.
So I politely couriered the parcel back to them at my cost and told them via email and call that i dont require any replacement and i require a cash back.
But after 21 days got a email from maxbhi.com that black panel is being couriered to me. So i immediately called them and told them that i have already cancelled the order and finally order was cancelled.
Seriously i was subjected to tremendous pressure by maxbhi.com and there executives for using their online portal. There executives harass people by calling and irritate customers.
Finally now they are not giving cash back for my order. All mistakes where done by maxbhi.com and they are imposing fine on me.

same thing happen with me order no 437392
My Order was confirmed as per their available stock ... I made online payment and after 1 day got the mail that the part is not available . I preferred to get my refund in my bank account .
Its been long time and still the payment is not received . As per the status on the website the payment is refunded but its not received .
Its really disappointing . Suppliers Pls if you don't have stock kindly don't confirm the order and after that I have to do so much follow up for my refund . Not good . You are loosing good clients .

They are cheating customers... even live support also waste... I ordered one product on 23rd feb 2017.. 2 days the status is in process... 25th they itself cancelled without any information and transferred the amount to the wallet... just today i noticed from the site.. from the time onwards I am waiting for live support executive, but no response... my order no is 439001... I need my amount back to my bank account... I dont want to purchase any more product in this site...
