I have tried placing order for clothes 2 times in the month of september but the order was not placed and amount was debited from my account. The first time the amount got refunded in few days but the 2 nd time was on 29th september and the same situation happened again. I tried reaching out to them but everytime they came up with new reason for failed transaction. They sent a screenshot saying we have auto refunded and issue might be with the bank and when i checked with bank and came to know that issue was not from bank and informed the same to max fashion they started saying it is a 3rd party issue and not an issue with them or the bank. Its been a month but no refund has been processed. I need the refund amount asap. Was this information helpful? |
